Orioles 2025 spring training promotional schedule: Everything you need to know

While we still have a little ways to go before we get baseball at Camden Yards, we're on the cusp of pitchers and catchers reporting to spring training and at the end of next week, we'll get our first taste of game action down in Sarasota. Orioles pitchers and catchers start working out tomorrow, the full squad will be in attendance by Tuesday next week, and on Saturday the 22nd, we'll see the O's take on the Pirates in the first spring game of the year.

If you're planning on heading down to Sarasota to catch a glimpse of the Orioles in action, good on you. Ed Smith Stadium is a great place to catch a baseball game and there are a lot of reasons to be excited about Orioles baseball heading into 2025.

In the event you are heading to Florida for spring training games, the Orioles have released their 2025 spring training promotional schedule that might be worth taking a look at. There are a few dates with fun promos that would be worth trying to be in attendance for, especially if you've already got plans to be in attendance.

Here are the Orioles' 2025 spring training promotional giveaways and event schedule

Arguably the most fun item up for grabs will be the Gunnar Henderson spring training t-shirt. On Friday, March 14 the Orioles will give this shirt away to the first 4,000 fans to enter the park. These will certainly go quickly, so if you want one you'll definitely have to be there early. At full capacity, Ed Smith Stadium seats 8,500 so the bright side is that upwards of 50% of fans in attendance could grab one of excellent shirts.

The Orioles are also doing a plush cow giveaway on Saturday, March 1. It doesn't appear to be specifically tied to Colton Cowser but you know the deal. This will also be a hot commodity, and the Orioles are only dishing out these plushies to the first 3,000 fans through the doors. Again, get there early if you want to claim one.

On Sunday, March 8, the Orioles will be handing out rally towels to everyone in the park. Likewise, everyone in attendance on Saturday, February 22 will have access to a magnet schedule that you can throw on your fridge at home, or even on the hood of your car! Nice!

The Orioles will once again host Heroes' Day, scheduled for Tuesday, February 25. Sunday, March 9 is Youth Sports Day, as well as Kids Run the Bases. All kids ages 4-14 will be able to take a trip around the diamond after the game ends. A second Kids Run the Bases event is scheduled for Sunday, March 16.

There will be three different Seniors Stroll the Bases events, where everyone aged 60 and up will get he chance to take a lap around the infield. Those games are on February 24, March 3, and March 12. Lastly, the Orioles will wrap up the spring training season with fireworks night after the game on Friday, March 21.
