The Baltimore Orioles 13-0 over the Cleveland Indians clinched their first series victory since late April.

The streak is finally over. For the first time since taking two out of three games from the Chicago White Sox April 22nd-24th, the Baltimore Orioles have won a series.

After shutting out the Indians Friday night by a score of 13-0, the Orioles put together another dominant performance Saturday as they took down the Tribe again by the final score of 13-0.

Not only was it the Orioles first series win in over two months but for the first time the team won consecutive games since winning May 4th over the Tampa Bay Rays and May 6th over the Boston Red Sox.

For the second straight night, it took a complete team effort for the O’s to get the win. , both Anthony Santander, Renato Núñez (two) and Chance Sisco slugged home runs while Hanser Alberto, Trey Mancini, and Jonathan Villar also drove in runs.

On the mound veteran, Andrew Cashner was dominant tossing seven scoreless innings that saw him strike out six and allow just three hits.

With the big lead, Tanner Scott entered and tossed two scoreless innings of relief to lock down the victory.

The Orioles have outscored 26-0 in the series and Indians team who entered the series second in the American League in runs allowed.

Cleveland also entered the series with a plus 24 run differential but after being dominated by the O’s they now have a -2 run differential.
