It’s the first of three at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, as the Baltimore Orioles and Chicago White Sox get together for the first time this season.
Baltimore is coming off a three-game weekend series with the Boston Red Sox, a series they in which they were able to take two of three. Meanwhile, the White Sox are coming off an interesting series you may have heard about with the Kansas City Royals. A brawl, a suspended game, and a postponed game all combined to make for an eventful weekend.
The starting pitchers for Monday night are Ubaldo Jimenez (1-1, 2.30 ERA) for Baltimore, and Hector Noesi (0-2, 5.23 ERA) for Chicago.
