Team MVP: Trey Mancini

Perhaps the biggest snub of the 2019 all-star game was Trey Mancini. Mancini slashed an impressive .291/.351/.517 slash line. In addition, Mancini has filled the void left by Adam Jones as the leader in the clubhouse.

Despite being just 27 and on a team friendly deal Mancini has emerged as a player other in the Orioles clubhouse look up to and admire.

With the Orioles in the beginning stages of a lengthy rebuild, it can’t be easy for Mancini who’s a player in the prime of his carer wanting to win but, he’s made the most of the situation in Baltimore and embraced the fan base and organization.

With Ken Rosenthal reporting teams are interested in trading for Mancini we may be watching the end of his carer in Birdland. If this is it, it’s safe to say he’ll be beloved by the fanbase for the rest of his carer.
