Team Cy Young: John Means

John Means has put together an exceptional rookie season. Easily the ace of the Orioles staff the 26-year-old southpaw has posted a 2.50 ERA in 14 starts and four relief appearances.

On top of that, every time Means is on the mound, the Orioles odds to win skyrocket. He has posted a 7-4 record and a WAR of 3.5.

The standout season earned Means his first carer all-star nod and has Orioles fans believing that they may have found their ace of the future.

If there is anything Means can improve it would be recording more strikeouts as he only has 69 in 82.2 innings pitched, but his ability to keep the ball on the ground has helped him out early in his carer.
