As some of you may know, the O’s will head to Nationals Park this weekend for the 2nd series between them and the Nats. A series preview will be coming soon but if any of you are planning to go to any of the games this weekend in D.C. (since it is so close to Baltimore), you might want to keep this in mind:

Sprinkles Cupcakes in Georgetown will be giving out one FREE cupcake to anyone coming into their store wearing Nats OR O’s gear. Anything works: hats, T-shirts, jerseys, anything! The flyer is below. And it’s a bit of a contest. The team with the most fans coming in this weekend will get the same promotion (a FREE cupcake when wearing the team’s apparel) again on June 21. Sprinkles, which has official licensing rights for Major League Baseball team logos, offers both Nationals and Orioles logos for custom orders throughout the baseball season.
