The Baltimore Orioles begin a three-game series with the Boston Red Sox on Friday night, as the Orioles start a nine-game homestand.

These two teams met in Boston a week ago, splitting a four-game set.

To open things up for the series, the Orioles send Miguel Gonzalez (2-1, 2.55 ERA) to the mound against Boston’s Rick Porcello (1-2, 6.63 ERA).
