televising six O’s games this season during spring training. The games are as follows:

  • Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m., Toronto Blue Jays vs. Orioles (replay at 7 p.m.)
  • Friday, March 7 at 1 p.m., Philadelphia Phillies vs. Orioles (replay at 7 p.m.)
  • Saturday, March 8 at 1 p.m., Boston Red Sox vs. Orioles (replay at 7 p.m.)
  • Saturday, March 15 at 1 p.m., New York Yankees vs. Orioles (replay at 7 p.m.)
  • Monday, March 17 at 7 p.m., Minnesota Twins vs. Orioles
  • Monday, March 24 at 1 p.m., Boston Red Sox vs. Orioles (replay at 7 p.m.)

As is indicated in parenthesis, the afternoon games will be replayed that evening at 7 PM. In the past MASN has split time between the various analysts (Gary Thorne, Jim Palmer, Jim Hunter, and Mike Bordick) during spring training, so there’s every reasons to believe they’ll do the same this year as well. All of the games televised by MASN will be home games at Ed Smith Stadium in Sarasota. Check back here at Birds Watcher for a similar update on which games WBAL radio will carry during spring training as well.
