Baltimore Orioles: Sunrise, sunset

Interesting choice of titles on my part if I do say so myself. I chose it because the sunrise and sunset are bookends of the day, ironically marked by Oriole colors; auburn, amber, orange, red, etc. Nevertheless, those two events represent the course of any given day in a sense, and no day is complete without them. That said, the O’s themselves had had issues completing entire “days” (insert “games“…yeah I know it’s a weak correlation, but I’m kind of grasping at straws here as we wind down the offseason!) in the past few seasons. On some days the starting pitcher would depart with the O’s having a shot at winning only to have the ‘pen blow it. On others, the starter would get beaten around and depart early, only to have the ‘pen come in and look solid. However they’d already be so far behind it would be near impossible to overcome.
